A Note from the Founder

My journey into the world of institutional assurance began with a fundamental question: In an era of instantaneous global transactions and complex AI, why do we still rely on manual, retrospective audits to guarantee trust?

Throughout my PhD research, I became obsessed with the "Trust Gap"—the dangerous space between what an institution claims to be doing and what the forensic data actually proves. I saw that Tier-1 financial institutions were being held back by "point-in-time" compliance frameworks that were outdated the moment the ink dried.

I founded Bixbite Consults to bridge this gap.

By combining the precision of Forensic Accounting with the resilience of Cybersecurity and the foresight of Ethical AI, we have moved beyond traditional consultancy. We have architected a new standard of Continuous Institutional Assurance.
