1. Commitment to Institutional Integrity

Bixbite Consults is led by Dr. Fadekemi O. Abiodun-Afolabi, whose dual PhDs in Forensic Accounting and Cybersecurity Administration form the foundation of our “Security-First” philosophy. We recognize that in the financial services sector, data is the most sensitive asset. Our privacy framework is built to comply with the Law Society of Ontario standards and Canadian federal privacy laws (PIPEDA).

2. The A-FIDES “Privacy Shield” Protocol

Unlike traditional SaaS platforms that ingest raw data, the A-FIDES platform utilizes a proprietary Data Minimization architecture:

• At-Source Processing: Data is processed within the client’s secure environment using our localized middleware.
• Cryptographic Hashing: All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is subjected to one-way SHA-256 hashing before leaving the client’s perimeter.
• Metadata Analysis: Bixbite Consults and the A-FIDES engine only interact with anonymized, forensic metadata used to calculate Integrity Scores.

3. Information We Collect

• Consulting Engagements: We collect institutional data necessary for fraud investigations, internal control audits, and GRC framework development.
• Website Inquiries: We collect professional contact information (Name, Institution, Work Email) to verify the legitimacy of pilot program applicants.
• Professional Services: As a firm providing immigration and student recruitment advisory, we handle sensitive personal documentation with the strict confidentiality required of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).

4. Data Security & Governance

Our data infrastructure is managed under the supervision of a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) professional.

• Encryption: All data in transit is secured via mTLS (Mutual TLS) authenticated pipelines.
• Access Control: We utilize a Zero-Trust identity management system to ensure only authorized personnel interact with engagement-specific data.
• Audit Trails: Every interaction with client data is logged in an immutable ledger for forensic accountability.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

Bixbite Consults does not sell, rent, or trade institutional or personal data. Disclosure only occurs:

• When required by law or regulatory bodies (e.g., OSFI, FINTRAC, or the Law Society of Ontario).
• With explicit written consent during the course of a forensic investigation or legal proceeding.
